Yoga is a mind-body-spirit practice with deep roots in ancient India. Yoga combines postures (asanas) with breath work (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation techniques to provide an experience for the body that is far more than just a workout. The wisdom of Yoga knows that our body needs more than just stretching or strengthening, but both, and to balance it with breath, ease and mindFULLness in order for the body to reap the full benefit.

Drop in: $20

10 Class Pass: $130

1 Month Unlimited: $110


INTRO MONTH: $49. Unlimited classes for a one month period. This is a one time offer to all students.


All class prices are plus 15% tax



Pre-registered sessions have individual pricing.



We offer a 15% discount for students with a valid student ID for drop in and 10 class passes.


Private sessions (60 minute): $75+ tax





Yoga Schedule

Please note that we have a minimum student registration required to run our drop in classes. This decision will be made 2 hours prior to class start time (ex: if a class starts at 6pm, a decision will be made at 4 pm to go ahead with class based on number registered). If class is cancelled it will display above.

Please sign up early to ensure classes go ahead.

Originally from Halifax, Lesley left the big city for the small town vibe over a decade ago and never looked back. She is an avid year-round vegetable gardener, Yogi, Ayurvedic practitioner, and homeschooling mom of three boys. Lesley completed her 200-hour teacher training through Grow a Lotus in Halifax. She teaches and practices alignm

Originally from Halifax, Lesley left the big city for the small town vibe over a decade ago and never looked back. She is an avid year-round vegetable gardener, Yogi, Ayurvedic practitioner, and homeschooling mom of three boys. Lesley completed her 200-hour teacher training through Grow a Lotus in Halifax. She teaches and practices alignment-centered Yoga. 

In 2024 Lesley travelled to Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of Yoga, to further her study and deepen her practice. There she completed an additional 500 hour certification in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga and Ayurveda.


Lesley has learned that movement truly is medicine, and conscious, aligned movement is medicine unmatched.

Nicoli found his first Yoga class at age 16 and has been practicing ever since. Ever inspired by the vast healing capabilities of our human bodies, Nicoli knows Yoga is a true path to health and wholeness.


Nicoli is a homeschooling dad of boys, an avid vegetable gardener, plant biologist and holistic/Ayurvedic nutritionist.

Jessica Hill is a yoga teacher and birth educator who inspires mothers to feel empowered, calm and capable on the journey through motherhood and life. 

Her prenatal and postnatal yoga classes are designed to give expectant and new mothers the tools they need to strengthen their core & pelvic floor, breathe through the overwhelm, connect with baby and create community with like minded individuals.

Morning Flow

(Hot) All Levels

Morning Flow

This is a gentle flow class to help start your day. With an emphasis on breath and a slower, steady pace, this class is sure to ease you into whatever the rest of the day brings. 


Suitable for everyone.

(Warm) Yin

(Hot) All Levels

Morning Flow

Yin is a nourishing, slow style of Yoga involving long held postures (usually 3-5 minutes). The long holds start to affect more of the subtle tissues of the body (think fascia), and gives time to connect to the breath and your self. Slow and calming. 

This class is "warm" to allow the body to easily relax and unwind at the end of the day.


Suitable for everyone.

All levels is offered both HOT and unheated. 


Our "All levels" class is a chance to come and flow, with many modifications given. Anyone from beginner to advanced student can find a balance and challenge with this class. Each class will involve time for sun salutations and movement, as well as time for slow and stillness.

Vinyasa is offered both HOT and unheated.


"Vinyasa" means "breath with movement". This is a quicker paced flow style class that requires you to dig deep and settle into your breath. Think sun salutations, fun transitions and sequences, all leading to that sweet Savasana at the end.


Whether you choose a HOT or unheated Vinyasa class, prepare

(Warm) Slow Flow

The perfect mix of challenge and ease. This class provides a space to get all the mental, emotional and physical benefits of yoga. We move at a slow and steady pace allowing you to pay close attention to your breath and alignment.  For people looking for a mellow pace and deeper stretch, slow flow classes will relax you while improving strength and flexibility.


Suitable for everyone.

Gentle Hatha

Chair Yoga (Pre-registered)

(Warm) Slow Flow

Drop in for a gentle, hour-long Hatha practice in community. We will move slowly, connect to our breath, and aim for longevity in our joints, muscles and asana practice.


Suitable for all levels.

This is a fun way to keep fit and have fun! Chair Yoga uses chairs to make the practice accessible to those with any mobility issues (after all, Yoga is for EVERY body!).
