Our Yoga studio has a class for everyone. From Hot Power Yoga, to playful Chair Yoga; Pilates, to slow and mindful classes, we have a place for everyone to share the joy of Yoga.
Our studio is home to an experienced Registered Massage Therapy clinic, with 7 day a week availability. From therapeutic to relaxation treatments, you will find what your body needs.
We are pleased to offer Infrared heated Yoga classes.
Some classes are HOT (heated to 38 degrees C)
Some classes are WARM (heated to 28 degrees C)
Some classes are unheated, also known as "room temperature".
