Join MOGA™ Mom & Baby Yoga teacher Jessica Hill for this 6 Week Series of Mom and Baby Yoga classes designed to support your postpartum body’s healing journey. Each week we will engage in meaningful discussions about motherhood followed by a yoga practice with exercises chosen to rehabilitate your core and pelvic floor
4 weeks to a more peaceful you, who has the confidence in their Yoga practice both in and out of the studio. We cover the basic of breath work, all basic postures, and work up to sun salutations (or what to do instead!)
Please note that we have a minimum student registration required to run our drop in classes. This decision will be made 3 hours prior to class start time (ex: if a class starts at 6pm, a decision will be made at 3 pm to go ahead with class based on number). If class is cancelled it will display above.
If you know you want to attend class please sign up early to ensure class goes ahead.

Our Yoga studio has a class for everyone. From Hot Power Yoga, to playful Chair Yoga; Pilates, to slow and mindful classes, we have a place for everyone to share the joy of Yoga.
Our studio is home to an experienced Registered Massage Therapy clinic, with 7 day a week availability. From therapeutic to relaxation treatments, you will find what your body needs.
We are pleased to offer Far-Infrared heated Yoga classes.
Some classes are HOT (heated to 38 degrees C)
Some classes are WARM (heated to 28 degrees C)
